A 10-cubic-meter all-electric compactor on the Dongfeng Huasheng DV3 chassis—built for efficient, quiet and low-cost municipal waste collection.
As sanitation fleets accelerate toward new energy, low energy use and zero pollution, buyers weigh efficiency, craftsmanship, range, sealing and after-sales support. The Kailifeng all-electric compactor garbage truck is built on a Dongfeng Huasheng DV3 new-energy chassis with a 10 m³ body and 3,800 mm wheelbase for municipal, community, property and rural routes. Zero-exhaust electric drive supports Dual Carbon goals; quiet operation suits early-morning and evening collection; theoretical energy use is about 45 kWh/100 km with simpler drivetrain maintenance. A CATL 155.33 kWh LFP pack and Dongfeng Huasheng permanent-magnet motor with IP68/IP67 protection underpin the three-electric system. Bidirectional compaction, 12–25 s loading cycles and unloading in ≤60 s raise throughput, while four loading options support 120 L / 240 L bins (and optional 660 L racks), CAN-bus control and reinforced safety guards.
