The Kailifeng 5.8 m³ all-electric compression garbage truck uses a Feidi special-purpose new-energy chassis with a 3,100 mm wheelbase for parks, communities and township routes. Electric drive means zero exhaust and quiet collection; theoretical consumption is about 22.4 kWh/100 km with reduced engine and transmission upkeep. The three-electric package pairs CATL’s 63.75 kWh third-generation LFP battery with a Suzhou Huichuan permanent-magnet motor (IP68/IP67), plus an 8-year/400,000 km battery warranty and 5-year/200,000 km motor and controller coverage. Bidirectional compaction, 12–25 s feed cycles, ≤60 s unloading, multi-bin loading options and CAN-bus control deliver efficient, safer daily operations.
